YOGA AXIS GUIDE JP | Foot-Centered Axis YOGA SOKUSHIN-AXIS YOGA
A specialized yoga school that fuses anatomy with "Japanese tradition," led by RYT500 and YACEP certified instructors. We advocate "SOKUSHIN-AXIS YOGA," which aligns the axis starting from the feet, the foundation of the body, and guides you to skeletal balance by applying tensegrity structures. We hold yoga lessons and retreats, mainly focusing on the "YACEP 30-hour course" certified by the Yoga Alliance. We connect deeply through yoga with the goal of leading you to awareness that will allow you to walk on your own two feet and live authentically throughout your life.

As we age, our bodies become misaligned due to our lifestyle habits. The way our bodies become misaligned varies from person to person. Do you find yourself experiencing symptoms such as stiff shoulders, neck pain, inability to lift your arms, knee pain, lower back pain, headaches, etc., because these misalignments are causing pain that doesn't go away, and have you developed lifestyle habits that lead you to accept the pain?
Muscles that have become distorted and stiff are simply muscles that have become rigid from not being used. The tissues of your body are made up of far more delicate tissues and structures than you might imagine.
Many people find "human anatomy" difficult and intimidating. However, this very "preconception" that you dislike it is actually contributing to the stiffness in your body. By overcoming this "fear" and gaining a deeper understanding of your own unique body's inner workings, you'll be amazed at how much more flexible your body becomes.
I will use yoga as a tool to guide you in creating opportunities for your entire being to flexibly change, to understand yourself, and to live your life on your own terms.

SOKUSHIN AXIS YOGA - Foot Core Axis Yoga - YACEP Course
RUMI, a certified RYT500 instructor by the Yoga Alliance, offers "SOKUSHIN AXIS YOGA," a yoga style based on traditional Hatha yoga and anatomy. Through approximately 20 years of yoga practice and research, she has explored a new method for aligning the body's axis, promoting "harmony of mind, spirit, and body." By aligning the mind, spirit, and body, you will become aware of your own central axis and be guided toward maintaining it without wavering.
This course is primarily designed for experienced yoga practitioners aged 40-60.

[SOKUSHIN AXIS YOGA/Foot Core Axis Yoga ~Vision]
Through years of teaching, I noticed that the root cause of many modern people's ailments lies in a "lack of awareness of their feet." I established the "Sokushin-AXIS" theory, which harmonizes with gravity and creates supple strength. This method is a new form of yoga for building a body that can walk for a lifetime, by combining the optimization of skeletal alignment with the concept of tensegrity (tension structure).

●Recommended for people like this
Even though I've been practicing yoga for many years, I still experience discomfort in my knees and lower back.
Even when she tries her best to strike a pose, there's still a lingering tension about her.
As I get older, I feel increasingly insecure about the foundation of my own body.
It might not be due to a lack of muscle strength, but rather because your **"sole-axis"** is simply dormant.
[Reasons why this course is chosen]
A unique theory that rewrites the body starting from the soles of the feet. By viewing the skeletal structure as an architectural "tensegrity (tension)," it helps you achieve supple strength without relying on excessive muscle power.
Led by RYT500 instructors, this course provides solid anatomical foundations and logical explanations of why certain movements are necessary, going beyond mere intuitive instruction. You will gain the confidence to teach your students effectively.
